First time ordering from Flexpro and I was extremely disappointed. The meals I received did not look like the “photos” they have on their website. I won’t waste my money on their products again.
Like all the reviews say, terrible customer service. Can’t get into the website anymore. My log in information says that my account can’t be found all of a sudden so that I can’t cancel my subscription. Very disappointed!!

Customer service not on same page, wrong meals, charged when I don’t want to be
I love the food! It is very tasty, good portions, tastes like home made food and not some frozen, full of sodium garbage.
The website could use a little help. It’s not the easiest to navigate, but everything else has been great!
The chicken always has cartilage in it. They also DO NOT look appetizing whatsoever. Very disappointed with them. I know all the meals are flash frozen but they are always super watery when I go to eat them. The mashed potatoes taste like instant potatoes. And the last street taco bowl I had tasted like it had marinara sauce on it. Gross. They also changed my delivery date without me doing it myself. Overal not great
I just got my first order and I have try to menu omg the best flavor.. I try the skillet fajita and the chicken Parmesan.. it was just absolutely delicious. Great customer service
FlexPro meals have been absolutely fantastic. Every chance I get I will give an excellent review. The company has great tasting meals and the customer service is also above anything expected.

Most of the food is good, however, the appearance is very inconsistent. Also, the Queso Fondu still doesn't look anything like the picture. I purchased it a second time thinking that FlexPros made a mistake, but it still looked like a bowl of chicken noodle soup was dumped in a tray. You really need to have the ingredients of the meals and snacks on the website. I have wasted several meals and snacks due to dietary restrictions.
The customer service has been very good. The website can be frustrating to use at times.
